Review on Universal Contract Manager by Adrian Carvahlo
Great for tracking business development efforts
I like that this software is easy enough so anyone can use it with little training required. We have been able to create more contracts than we used in our previous system without adding new employees or departments! It also helps us track each contact through out the life cycle allowing us to see where there are problems along the way (or not). This program has helped us become much better at managing client relationships as well. Not sure if anything else yet because we haven't had time to really try everything fully. However, nothing right now comes up. So far no complaints!!
Pros
- And being completely web based means everyone who works remotely gets access too all systems quickly!!! No issues here :) There's quite few options available already built into UCM from day one such as templates very helpful feature especially once onboarded onto an existing project
