Love having Quickbooks alternatives

I love that you can access data quickly via Excel or other software packages. The interface is easy to use and not confusing at all. It has been very hard to find any problems with this program, but if there was one thing we could change, we would like it be able to sync up more easily in order to keep our accounts updated as soon as possible after each month ends. We have used several different programs over the years, which makes choosing between them difficult- however UCM saves us time as…

Free alternative to RSM solution for construction managers, estimators and contractors

The best part is that you can create your own templates which makes things easier when filling in forms or requesting quotes etc., also there are many add-ons available so as not having any limitations with this software compared other competitors out here like RMS Software who have more features than UCM but at higher price point where I could afford them! Not much dislike thing except maybe sometimes some errors while using certain tabs (like Invoice). As mentioned above we use UCM mostly…

Universal Contract Manager makes it simple

I love that we have access to our contracts anywhere via mobile or in house system! This saves so much time and effort when you need information but are not able to find what your looking for right away. Sometimes there is lag between updates as far back as 10 years ago which can be frustrating if you don't know this ahead of time. Very useful tool once it set-up correctly

I like that you can see your contracts in one place and easily access them - there are many features but I haven't found anything I dislike yet. There is a lot of customization available so if you're not sure what you need, you can do some research and figure out what you want. It's easy to use and saves time. Great for tracking business development efforts

I like that this software is easy enough so anyone can use it with little training required. We have been able to create more contracts than we used in our previous system without adding new employees or departments! It also helps us track each contact through out the life cycle allowing us to see where there are problems along the way (or not).
