I like how easy it was to use with our office system setup! It's very user friendly!! The interface isn't anything special really just your average computer program but its what you make of this tool so all in there good if patient comfort comes first go ahead & give them an option they will appreciate!! You can get some things done quickly without having too much input from staff members which means less time spent training employees who may not be familiar w/this product yet (which could take forever).
