LOVE IT!!! Ease Of Use, Convenience AND Mostly Great Customer Service

I like how easy it was to use with our patient portal! It's very user friendly once you get accustomed too using everything in one place as well which makes my job easier when seeing patients at different appointments throughout each day (and night). Honestly nothing really comes across negatively about this program but maybe having some better customer service reps would help? We are able to track all of their information from initial appointment thru billing process so no missing any info or

Very intuitive, User Friendly Solution

I like how easy it was to use with our office system setup! It's very user friendly!! The interface isn't anything special really just your average computer program but its what you make of this tool so all in there good if patient comfort comes first go ahead & give them an option they will appreciate!! You can get some things done quickly without having too much input from staff members which means less time spent training employees who may not be familiar w/this product yet (which could take
