I've always found it difficult to dose a certain amount of sticky materials. Liquid or solid measuring cups just don't work for products like yogurt, sour cream, peanut butter, etc. An adjustable measuring cup is the solution. You set the amount you want using the markings on the side, which are in cups, ounces, milliliters, and other measurements I don't even remember. Then you fill it with whatever you want, turn it upside down in a mixing bowl and pour it out. This will get everything out from the inside, and you can use a rubber spatula or other scraper to remove anything that's stuck to the bottom (top of the flask). Spoons are also great when you need to quickly grab a teaspoon or tablespoon of something. it is not liquid. This is more convenient than taking out a set of measuring spoons and removing one from the ring. Please note that if you need accuracy, you should weigh the ingredients or use more accurate spoons that can be leveled.
