Use this on a 100w solar panel. Create some MC4 for this adapter and use it in my barn is outside and currently covered in snow for months. Very durable cable compared to all other SAE cables I've found. Not sure what the voltage drop is due to the nature and how I mounted my panel over distance (convenience comes before maximum efficiency - right on my south-facing barn wall), but I know it's even worse with the spaghetti-noodle cables so common in this form factor were.
