Perfect for my boat to keep up with the clock for maintenance and resale. I can show a prospective buyer a clock on this 2012 engine and have a scanner at a Mercury dealer to check. Carefully cut a 1" x 1 1/2" hole in the desired location, snap it into place and connect the wires, one to a common ground and the other to a wire that is live if the switch on your ignition flips on and you're in business. .
