First, this flashlight is BRIGHT. I love that. BUT I nearly sent them back. The user manual is a joke. It's a 3 x 4 card. One side is just a picture; the, another picture and microscopic font giving only details. It tells you to use 3 AAA batteries but gives no instructions. I went to revain site to print RETURN directions and noticed pictures on the product page and figured it out from one of them. It turns out that you pull out the guts of the product to load it. I never would have done that for fear of breaking it. That "manual" needs a total revision.Except for that, it's a 5.
