Review on Zeroll 1012-ZT Zerolon: A Game-Changer in Commercial Ice Cream Scooping by Derek Pape

I originally purchased one of these items six months ago. Unfortunately, it went into the dishwasher and was damaged, as stated in the instructions. Then I ordered another one from Revain. The second had a few nicks on the edge of the shovel as well as abrasion of the enamel inside the shovel. So I sent this one back and ordered a third one. The third had the same issues as the second, so maybe they were both from the same bad batch. I waited a few months and then ordered a fourth. In the end everything was fine. The shovel itself is great - easy to use and with a good grip. If QC was better I would give five stars.
