I have sensitive skin and my skin burns with other cleansers. But this one doesn't. I've always had a habit of applying the cleanser in the shower, rubbing it quickly but gently all over my face and then rinsing it off right away because if I leave it on for too long my skin starts to BURN. After a successful first run I decided to push the limits even more and leave it on longer and take my time like a normal person and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel any burning at all. The smell is a bit strong in my opinion, especially for a cleanser for sensitive skin, but still pleasant. It's like a light lotion in consistency, it's really easy to apply and work on the face and easy to remove too. This purifier is my new holy grail. So cheap, doesn't sting when applied and leaves my face clean and soft afterwards.
