Excellent, easy to install and great looking

Very easy to install and looks great out. I wonder why people thought the lack of a template was such a big problem. This is a circle - circle the inside of the grommet on card stock and cut out. No need to be exact as there is a lot of room for error given the width of the hub. No marks - Smooth ring on both sides. Nice.
