Review on Unleash Transformers Action with Hasbro Games Tiger Electronics Power Play! by Mario Beats

To be honest I bought this out of nostalgia, I had a few of these as a kid and thought it would be fun to check them out and see the embarrassed look. on my children's faces. Why would anyone play this on a modern gaming console? The presentation is just awesome as the old Transformers G2 logo is great. There's more to the game than I thought. You play as Optimus on 4 levels. You have to move forward in truck mode to get to the boss at the end of the level. Decepticons appear everywhere, forcing you to transform and blast them like a robot. You have an Autobot ally to help you once per level. With a small (major) graphical update, this would actually make a pretty fun mobile game. I don't know why it's suddenly worth $30 at the time of writing this review, it's definitely not worth it. But for $15 I liked it and my kids, although suspicious, played it quite often.
