Review on πŸ”ͺ Starrett Intenss Pro Bi-Metal Positive Die by Rick Ross

Revainrating 4 out of 5

4 stars but worth it.

I bought this blade to replace a standard 14" porter cable blade as it will not work on metal. I am writing a review. Good - it cuts through composite aluminum like butter. Not sure how the other blades in this category stack up, but trying the $30 blade (0.035" blade thickness, 1/2 deep, 93 1/2 long) came out very well. I also cut a 2" square tube 1/4" diagonally lengthwise and it was slow to finish but it worked. I added a lot of lube and it worked. got very noisy so I stopped. I'm not sure if this was intentional but because cutting titanium is dangerous flammable explosive and harmful to health maybe it's a good thing it didn't happen Overall very happy with the purchase and one of the few products worthy of a review. Keep up the good work and I will be back to buy more when these wear out.
