I have been considering getting one for years but I always talked myself out of it, thinking that a bulb enema was enough. A bulb enema is not enough. In what used to take me 45 minutes to do with a bulb enema, I can do in about 10 minutes with the cleanstream. Added bonus: It is super helpful when cleaning the shower too!
