A rat died in a corner of my garage where I couldn't see it. When I found it, it had probably been there for about a month and the dead rat's juice had completely seeped into the concrete floor. Wiping down with chlorox didn't help get rid of the smell. I bought this stuff and after about a week of a daily spray cycle, leave on for 24 hours and wipe off, it removed about 95% of the odor. I imagine a fresh mess wouldn't last that long, but I'm wondering if a bit of baking soda would work better after a few uses.
