I bought 2 bread pans and am very satisfied. I use them to bake bread and both loaves rise right out of the pan leaving nothing behind. The pans look very nice and are very durable. My bread baked evenly and had a perfect crust. As with all non-stick items, always hand wash, never put in the dishwasher. Even if it says dishwasher safe, don't. You need to use a special dishwashing detergent because ordinary detergent is too harsh. Even then I wouldn't trust it. I tried it once with a frying pan and it destroyed the coating on the outside and the food stayed in. Ceramic and glassware and stainless steel cutlery are all I can wash in the dishwasher. Everything else is hand washed. So everything looks and works like new for years.
