I would have given this a 5* review if it weren't for a couple things.Pros: Very nice looking bike. I've gotten compliments on the matte finish and wheels. The electric assist and electric only modes are great when I'm feeling lazy.Cons:1). I've had an issue with is the left pedal bolt. I tightened everything when I assembled the bike but the left pedal bar continuously would come loose. But after a generous amount of Loctite, that has stopped.2.) the Gotrax website has next to nothing for replacement parts unless you have a hoverboard or scooter. I wouldn't even care if I hadn't lost the keys to remove the battery.3.) No good place for a water bottle. With the flat/square tubing, cupholder brackets don't fit very well. I found one that works, but its not in the most ideal place on the handlebars.4.) Seat wasn't exactly comfortable, but that's cause I have no ass.Despite these issues, I would purchase this bike again. It works well for what I need it for and it looks awesome.
