There is a LOT to like about this bicycle. Unfortunately, the documentation is not one of them. I am a retired Quality Systems Manager and Nuclear Technician. So, I demand precision and quality. This bike is incredible. I just upgraded from an ancient, rusty Montagna, and this thing has some real giddy up and go! Very easy to assemble, took about a half hour or so. Gears, shifter, everything is smooth, and pedal assist is powerful, took little to no effort on my part to get up to 30. The frame is sturdy aluminum construction. I highly recommend this bike, but definitely replace the tubes asap

Wow, this bike is amazing! I was incredibly skeptical and there were not many reviews yet either. but woah is this thing super nice and so much fun!It took me about 4-5 hours to assemble and adjust everything, including a few short test rides without connecting the battery yet. This bike has exceeded all of my expectations. It was fairly easy to assemble out of the box, but if you're not mechanically inclined, it may be better if you have it assembled at a shop. It actually arrived in about 4 days of ordering it. Set up was standard for any bike, front tire, handlebar, and pedels.It performs as expected, and I have even had it in the woods riding trails.

This bike was easy to assemble and rides well. I drive it to work each day in Florida and so far I love it . I will be upgrading to a more comfortable seat and putting a rack on back .

Don’t buy from Gotrax! I paid $1300 for an ebike traveler model, ebike motor stopped working less than a week after buying it. No one answers the phones there or will respond to emails, their claims of any warranty are false as they don’t respond to anything. Huge rip off.

I love my e bike, its fun and Comfortable to ride, and it goes faster then I thought, its a great bike and I get Compliments on it everywhere I go, the only thing I dislike is that the battery dies to fast and I go Long distances!

Battery that came with bike was bad. Warranty department went above and beyond to take care of problem. Very happy with the bike and service!

I got this bike for my Husband. He would come home from work (part time) and sit in his recliner until bedtime, now he comes home and goes for a ride for hours. He LOVES the bike and he gets exercise (a big bonus).

The bike was shipped fast and was pretty easy to assemble. It's a good bike for the price u pay seat was a little small and not as comfortable as I would have liked and the tires aren't the best but they make do. Gets good charge and speed when charge but does slow down a bit as it loses it's charge. Overall happy with what I got

This is a great bike. It has good features like mag wheels, nice LCD, Cruise Control (hold the down button) and nice horn. I only wish it had a little more torque when you press the throttle. I have a smaller ebike 250w Macwheel 16 LNE and it has good torque for it's 16inch wheels.
