HOW DOES IT TURN ON?

How do you even turn this on? Mine doesn't even turn on and I've charged the battery, is my battery faulty? I've taken well care of my bike is there a way I could contact them and get a replacement? What did I even spend almost 1,000 dollars for? Can someone please help me solve this problem?
