The boot itself is good. I've always worn Belleville boots and decided to take a chance. Too bad I ordered a size larger. I wear 11.5 watts and accidentally got 10.5, I made a mistake by not reading the size on the boots. The toe box is a little tight for my wide feet but I think they will break. The boot is very stiff so after wearing it you will need to stretch your calves, ankles and toes. They don't seem too hot even in the Caribbean and outside. Thin rubber soles with thicker foam padding which I find wear out quickly with use and mishandling just like regular boots. Overall I like these boots but I will probably order another pair of Garmont boots for durability.
