Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Adjustable Road Mountain Bike Bicycle Cycling Tire Front/Rear Mud Guards Mudguard Fenders Set - BlueSunshine by David Norwood

Revainrating 2 out of 5

UPDATE: Slightly broken. A cheap and effective solution if you have a suspension fork.

UPDATE: After about 200 miles the front fender's metal bracket (which attaches it to the fork) broke beyond repair at the L-bend. So I'm changing my rating to 2 stars. It was good while it lasted. I have a suspension fork on one of my bikes and have had trouble finding good fenders for it as I'm used to the full length style from other bikes. It was an inexpensive solution that worked 90-95% as well as full fenders. Protection from side spray hitting your feet is negligible, but they'll handle most of the road gravel that would otherwise hit your chest and face and from the rear tire to your back. The only minor annoyance is that despite their shortness, they're still slack enough to move around a bit and hit the tires, especially on bumps. This doesn't seem to cause any real problems, at least not yet.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Big and bulky
