Not perfect. Although the product is very cute, I have found that the U-shaped brush is not the best choice for perfectly clean teeth. It has good vibration that can be adjusted but the brush itself doesn't move so my little one bites the mouthpiece and it vibrates in his mouth but in my opinion it's not a real brush as the brush doesn't actually move . to the teeth. I've tried moving the U-shaped part of my son's mouth left and right to allow the bristles to move and brush a bit, but my son will giggle with all that toothpaste as it's significantly more than a regular toothbrush have to use. Maybe it works better with older kids. For now we are sticking with the regular shaped toothbrush head, my son finds it easier to manipulate a toothbrush with such a large handle.
