Review on Pure Chart by Ken Wilson

I am an agent with another agency that uses this software as well so we have been able to see our data from both agencies at once without having duplicate reports or separate accounts etc. It has helped me identify trends within my clients' business over time. No downsides yet but it would be nice if there were some way to make charts larger (especially when zoomed out). The only other thing is that sometimes certain features aren't shown because they don't currently support them-this can cause confusion during meetings since people are unsure why things look different than what was expected prior to looking into using their product instead.
