This app is great! It's very easy - even my kids can use it!! I wish that there was an option where they could choose whether or not their parent would receive messages about them via this system as well (I know parents like knowing if we're going through something without us having have someone come knocking at our door!). The software is very user-friendly & simple with everything being kept within one place which saves time as well! The ease of use with this software is great! I am able to input all my data quickly without having much trouble at all. It's also very user friendly which makes it easy to learn how to navigate around the program as well. Also, when updating information or making changes there isn't too many glitches that occur because sometimes other programs make them seem like they are glitchy but not really - just be patient. I am an agent with another agency that uses this software as well so we have been able to see our data from both agencies at once without having duplicate reports or separate accounts etc. It has helped me identify trends within my clients' business over time. No downsides yet but it would be nice if there were some way to make charts larger (especially when zoomed out).
