I used to take Optimum Nutrition Creatine, but the product was difficult to dissolve because the granules were so large. It mixes easily with liquids as it is powdery and mixes well with an increased surface area. As for taking this supplement, I scoop some and pour it into my mouth before taking a sip of water. Also, I don't like the way it's packaged in a bag, so I just poured the contents into an old creatine bottle I had lying around. Stay hydrated my friends.
