Myprotein Creatine Monohydrate - 1.1 lbs (15 Servings) - Unflavored Review

Great stuff. Much better than Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine. The ON formula is quite grainy and doesn't mix very well, but I found Myprotein 1st creatine to be much smaller/thinner and 2nd to mix much better. I can only fit 10 grams in 12 fl oz and still barely find it at the bottom of the drink when I finish.

I love this stuff. There's a small plastic spoon in the bag, but you really have to fish it out (I used a long metal spoon to poke into the powder until I found it). I really wish they had put a scoop on the outside of the package to avoid this. Real powder dissolves very quickly and is tasteless. I also appreciate that the bag closes with a velcro strap rather than a regular zipper, which makes the closure less likely to clog with powder.

I used to take Optimum Nutrition Creatine, but the product was difficult to dissolve because the granules were so large. It mixes easily with liquids as it is powdery and mixes well with an increased surface area. As for taking this supplement, I scoop some and pour it into my mouth before taking a sip of water. Also, I don't like the way it's packaged in a bag, so I just poured the contents into an old creatine bottle I had lying around. Stay hydrated my friends.
