The yellow glue sticks are very strong and stick to metal very well. The melted adhesive should allow 5-10 minutes to fully dry before attempting to press a dent in the car's metal. But it works great. When the glue sticks to the metal, heat it a little with a hair dryer and it will become flexible and easy to remove. The alcohol will remove any remaining stains. This is a really good product but it needs to be used with caution. The black glue sticks don't stick to metal that much but work well with crafts etc. I used two yellow sticks to make a large dent in my SUV's sunroof. The effort took over 8 different attempts and about 2 hours but almost 100% the dent came out and returned to its original shape. You have to be patient and work with the dent to get everything.
