I like that this software has multiple versions of many different types of accounting systems, as well as having an interface with Quickbooks. It can be very confusing at times when trying to figure out how everything works together. The customer service team could use some training in order to help users get through all their questions / problems quickly so they don't have time wasted calling them back over again or taking screenshots etc. This program allows you to track inventory from receipt until it's sold by using barcodes.
