Great Product - User Friendly Layout

I like that it's so easy to navigate, as well as customize your own products/services in order of importance! The customer support team is very knowledgeable about their software which makes things go smoothly when there are questions or issues with using our product. It would be nice if they offered more training opportunities outside just scheduled webinars since some customers need additional assistance getting up & running quickly without overwhelming them by providing too much information

  • Easy navigation between modules for different clients depending upon how we want data entered into each module no confusion whatsoever here even from new users who use system daily ! Customer Service Team has always given helpful advice whenever needed; great group dedicated towards client satisfaction!!!!! Great tool

Multiple Versions Of Accounting Software & Easy To Use

I like that this software has multiple versions of many different types of accounting systems, as well as having an interface with Quickbooks. It can be very confusing at times when trying to figure out how everything works together. The customer service team could use some training in order to help users get through all their questions / problems quickly so they don't have time wasted calling them back over again or taking screenshots etc. This program allows you to track inventory from…

  • Very easy way for sales people/retailsers (store owners)to keep upkeep records about product sale dates & quantities.
  • Ease into keeping tabs between invoices received + payments made vs receipts given away
Cons
  • Difficulty getting started if not used before.
  • Software should allow more user access than just administrator permissions
