UPDATE: They just gave up trying to fix my scanner problem. I will not reply to my emails at all (3 emails I've sent from December 31st to today. So I have one that works great, 2 that send information quickly, two that I'm frustrated by right now am and will be throwing away really wanted to keep the boxes but dropped my guard because the first one worked so well we bought our first one and loved it only it was scanned too quickly no problem open the manual page and scan the option "Slow" and now sends information to the shortcode which the program can then support.So we like these why not 2 more?!?!So we go extra but they won't on the code slow down in the book so the scanner is wrong typing 45% of the time symbols fell out and strangely sometimes just wrong characters so we contacted support and they responded the next day with the same barcode in the book speaks. I told them it didn't work so they sent me a QR code the next day. It did not work. The next day they told me it worked, but the difference is just "hard to tell". So I sent them this video showing what "slow" is on my original and what it does on the new one. The next day they responded with a Dropbox link to "update my version" but it was a very grainy video in a language I can't identify and with no links to download/run files. When they gave me verbal instructions on the video, it wasn't in English. So I had no idea what the person was saying. So their support is very frustrating because it's one reply a day and even though I write them detailed information I get replies with one sentence answers with seemingly very poor English skills. It's been 3 weeks and we still can't use it. I regret not having thrown the box away, otherwise it would have gone back. Luckily I was able to return the second one. In summary, this is an amazing device. If you don't have the July 30, 2020 version, have a toy for the kids when they play grocery store.
