Hand wash to keep dirt out of the trap.

Great product but be careful if you use it for a good finish. You should hand wash before machine washing to ensure you remove any residue that could damage the paintwork. If you just slide them straight into the machine, the larger pieces will get stuck in the fabric. Dry flat or use a cool dryer for best results.
