Be careful when buying for iPhone 12

I've been using Zagg products for years, but I'm extremely disappointed with this iPhone update for a number of reasons. I bought two of these for my two new 12 Pros and now have to get a new set of screen protectors due to faulty instructions and poor quality control.1. The instructions clearly say "device name on" but it's no different than the 11 or any other 2020 iPhone 6.1. So if you use this screen protector with the iPhone 12, it means you have to use the other side of the pattern, otherwise it will come out crooked. I've attached an image of what my template looks like "from the other side" and it's very hard to tell what it was trying to say. If the instructions said there were two different versions (it wasn't), then I would have looked more closely.2. Zagg promotes this screen protector. They do not specify a particular case. When I called to complain about this screen protector hitting the case (before I realized the pattern had two sides) they said it was a known issue with Defender cases. um, right? There must be an asterisk or something causing it. no So here's the thing, be careful when you buy this. For the iPhone 12, you need to use the other side and not just "device name above".
