I am very satisfied with the live video quality of this rear view camera system. Installation wasn't too difficult, except that the cable that comes with it isn't long enough for a pickup truck like the Ford F150. As a result, I had to order a connecting cable. However, during this process, I accidentally broke the 4-pin video cable and I couldn't find it anywhere! Literally! What happened next is so amazing. I contacted the Iprobay seller and asked if I could purchase this cable from them. I wasn't really expecting to hear from them but within a few hours I got a response. They sent me a long cable for FREE! It turned out to be the wrong cable. Long story short, today I received a box that contained a complete set similar to the original set I bought. I couldn't help but believe my eyes that Iprobay would do this for me without charging a penny, especially since it was my fault for breaking the cable in the first place. This way I was able to connect everything and of course I am very happy with how Iprobay handled this situation. Thanks Tryby! I would highly recommend anyone to buy from you!
