Anker is usually my favorite brand when it comes to power banks, chargers and quality aftermarket cables. However, this particular point disappointed me. Problems: 1. Product is too big2. Too thick. When I connect it to my MacBook Pro from the side, it creates a "gap" of about 1/16 to 1/8 inch. Also, the fact that the product sticks too high above the MacBook's upper case isn't flush with the surface the laptop is resting on. This leads to unnecessary pressure on the USBC ports and shaky connection points between the hub and laptop. As much as I look forward to this item, I will not be keeping it and cannot recommend it. I hope they take a close look at their cheaper competitor products and fix their design issues in version 2 soon. I'd love to try a redesigned and redesigned version of this solid product.
