I like that they are always there for me, responding quickly when needed. They have an amazing team! I would say their customer service could be better; however it's still pretty good. We use them as our SEO agency because of their expertise in digital marketing. Their services include social media management, SEM campaigns, analytics reporting, etc. I think one benefit we've realized since working with SweetIQ is that all of our accounts can now be managed from one place which makes things easier for everyone involved.
