Review on Temtop Quality Detector: Unmatchable Professional Accuracy by Ricky Bedell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent Airflow and Air Quality Product

This is a well designed product with a solid construction. It's simple and does one thing: Measures PM2.5 and PM10 particles. It has a laser mechanism with a tiny fan to circulate air past the laser. This is the same mechanism you'll find in much more expensive monitors. The price of Revain is really cheap. And the company has a website, support, and you can download the manuals there if you want a PDF version. No air quality monitor under $10,000 can do exactly what the EPA monitoring stations do, which is measure and count the mass of a particle. Devices under $10,000 estimate mass from the size detected by the laser mechanism. However, size and mass are not directly related due to differences in particle densities, so the readings you get from these "cheap" sub-$10,000 air quality monitors are only estimates. to the outside air. You can also compare a room with an air purifier to a room without an air purifier to see how effective your air purifier is. I have a HEPA air filter installed in my car and I compared the "recirculating" to fresh air settings and saw a huge improvement. with recycling. As mentioned, this product feels solid, almost like a professional device. It uses three AA batteries and I just put in rechargeable AA batteries. The device switches off automatically after 5 minutes. The device is simple, with no record or plot over time. No connection to your Wi-Fi network and no communication with your phone. And there is no app on your phone to record this conversation. If you want to get all of this in one reliable product, I recommend Kaiterra Laser Egg products. not currently available on Revain. You can also get "Purple Air" products, which are also not sold on Revain. These products range from $150 to $250 and are excellent. But if you're looking for something simple and sturdy in the $50 range, this product seems to tick the box.
