I really have no problems with this product - it works as advertised and works well. In the settings, select the temperature in Celsius and the difference. When the temperature sensor reaches the set temperature plus difference, the cooling cycle is turned on, and when the temperature sensor reaches the set temperature minus difference, the heating cycle is turned on. I use mine for temperature control in the greenhouse and it works pretty well. When hardening off plants in spring to prepare them for the outdoor environment, I can increase the difference slightly to force the plants to be exposed to rising and falling temperatures. Lots of youtube videos on how to connect a device, I connected mine following one of the tutorials - 40 minute youtube which was pretty detailed.
