I really like that hoverowl lets me drill down on my top-line and bottom line accounts for comparison and analysis, both as historical averages and against last weeks' performance. It allows me to see trends in my top lines over time or compare them between one channel to another without having to do many separate reports.The product support is outstanding; they are willing to help with whatever you need and respond quickly when you have issues. They were always ready to make suggestions for improvement but also weren't trying to influence me too much into their way of doing things. Sometimes it was easy to just follow an idea or suggestion given offhand by somebody not necessarily "higher" up than I. It's nice to know other organizations' use and satisfaction of this product. Hoverowl helped us improve in several different ways - from improving our dashboard so that all team members could easily access information (customer/channel insights) and understand our KPIs and key figures. This helped get our team working together better towards The ability to see trends in data, and drill down into it. It can be used by anyone with basic computer knowledge. I like how easy it is to use, and how much you can do without having to pay for additional software. This is a great product, and I highly recommend it. I have not found anything I dislike about this program. I am able to analyze my customers' data, and make changes to improve my business.
