I like how easy it was to learn, and I love the ease of use! The UI can be very confusing at first glance but once you get used to it its great. We are able to create reports in minutes instead of hours which helps us keep track of our business metrics. It's not perfect yet, there are some features we'd still like (such as being able to export data) however they're working hard to improve this. I like how fast it loads, what you can do with it within minutes of getting started. It's easy to set up and use. The support team is quick to respond if something goes wrong (which isn't often). It's so easy to use, it makes data visualization simple for my team members who are not as familiar with Power BI or Excel (it helps them create their own dashboards). I really like that hoverowl lets me drill down on my top-line and bottom line accounts for comparison and analysis, both as historical averages and against last weeks' performance.
