Izzo was a spontaneous purchase to use a gift card. It was a good price for a basic GPS device. Sometimes it takes a few shots to find where it is - the instructions say to turn it on on 1st target and it knows where you are. Well, it doesn't always work the first time. What distracts while you worry about whether or not it will be blocked. I would turn it on in the parking lot to make sure it locked up to the first hole. Another disadvantage is that when you go to the club to use the "services", the satellite connection will drop and turn off. Except you might not notice it until you need it on the 10th fairway. We'll have to turn it back on and hope for a quick lockdown so as not to delay the group. So be sure to check this out after a trip to the club and check before you start. It is small and compact and almost unnoticeable on the belt. It holds a charge for around 2.5 laps, but I usually charge before each lap, the charge time is around 2 hours or less.
