Mine broke in the same spot as the picture posted under Erin's (1 star) review on 10th July 2020 became. It seems that "stainless steel" is very bad. Quality, even if it's stainless steel. It seems to be a very cheap metal. where there is a break, everything is grainy - not like stainless steel. Probably false advertising! I also complain, like some of the other reviewers, that the tip is blunt and doesn't fit directly into the cork, meaning the plastic insert that rests on the rim of the bottle often comes out. I just put it back in place but now that the rod is broken it's completely unusable.
