The splitter is perfect for 12V IR Illuminator

I used the splitter to add an IR Illuminator to improve night vision for security cameras. I ran a CAT 6 cable from the POE switch to the splitter. Works as it should and much easier than finding/using a 110 outlet with a lightweight power supply.
