Parts fitment tips

Looks great, sounds great, performance seems better, 13.1mpg average on Titan's travel screen on GPS, looks like it's approaching 15th place now. approach space. Installation requires removing the washer fluid reservoir to gain access to the last screw holding the bottom of the air intake which is literally IMPOSSIBLE to loosen even with the reservoir removed. Turns out you can just pry the lower airbox out of that bolt, which probably doesn't require you to remove the washer fluid reservoir at all. It pops out of the rubber grommet that holds it to the airbox without damage. This will save you an hour of confusion. I don't know how people attached the small side screws to the heat shield. Instead of going through the wheel arch to unclip the plastic clips holding the wiring harness, I just used a screwdriver and pryed them out. The plastic mounts easily snapped back into the heat shield. The most painful part of this process was installing small screws where the brackets used to sit to secure the side of the heat shield. I just put one bolt in there by reaching under the lip from the inside and pushing the bolt in, then inserting the bolt into the hole in the heat shield and finally hand tightening the nut and washer on the other side.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Dull packaging
