We have purchased two of these units in two different designs and we both love this product. Why three stars? I installed one and postponed the second until tomorrow (or maybe next year) because I've used up my rant quota for the foreseeable future. Contrary to some who claim the seats don't fit (they just can't understand the instructions) I got it and it definitely fits. However, it is possibly the most confusing binding system on the planet. After you get the hinges the right size, you should blindly snap the threads over the bowl with the screw coming out from under the bowl. Whoever came up with this system is a sadist. If I were 12" tall and had x-ray vision so I could see a BLIND 1/4" bolt thread hole I would give this product 5 STARS. . 1/2 star for me because I'm stupid. Someone pointed out that I could just screw the screws into the top and then just drop them into the mounting holes. in the month. I LOVE HER. I would give them six stars if I could.
