My daughter is not yet 3 years old, this is her first scooter. The height-adjustable handlebars and extra seat provide great support for younger kids like my daughter. It doesn't need to learn much to get started, it's very similar to an impeller. The turning technology differs from balance bikes and traditional scooters (a tendency to turn instead of using the handlebars). The color is bright red and she loves all the accessories that come with the scooter. This is a great gift for young children.
