I like to give positive feedback. I am pleased that the purchased product meets or exceeds expectations. So if a product doesn't live up to those expectations, it's just as important to give an actual negative review. This shelf fits the Sentry 1.23 CuFt safe. Okay, the positive aspect is over. The material that makes up this shelf is VERY light plastic right down to the hinges. The idea behind the removable security box, at least in my mind, was that you can take it with you and take it with you. Can be filled with a personal self-defense item, precious metals, legal documents, etc. The lock is a joke, the material is toy china and the hinges are just plastic plugs, one of which was broken when received. Protective padding or packaging was missing; thrown away in a flimsy cardboard box "protected" only by a plastic bag. Broken on receipt, key (in lock) sticking out of box where spanked. So, poor quality, it will not survive a hasty evacuation in any way, broken on receipt due to poor (lack of) padding. Don't waste your money on this box. A container panel is 100 times stronger and probably waterproof. At least Revain was great with their return policy and refunded the cost.
