This product looks great but note the thin outer layer of white rubberized plastic. It only attaches to a small spot on the black inner ring and any holes punched in the material will only weaken it further. This is not suitable for something that will constantly stretch as you put it on and take it off. If you order a size that fits tighter on the wrist or if you have large hands, you can choose another product. The bracelet will stretch, but the resistance is great. That's bad for the thin outer white plastic layer that many people struggle with. Mine broke within a month.
