All Metric No Owner's Manual

Looks nice on dash but is VERY VERY difficult to use. It didn't come with an instruction manual and I can't download it anywhere on the internet. All settings use the metric system and I can't figure out how to switch to imperial. No support numbers, no help from Revane, nothing. If something goes wrong, it's probably impossible to service, with or without a warranty.
