Only cools around the front

Good product overall, but I purchased another one that cooled around the whole head…. Bought this one on sale as a backup and it only cools at the front, sides a bit…. So if your migraines are like mine and wrap the whole head, you’re out of luck on the back of the head with this product.

I'm very pleased with that it does not slip off or fits tight

Cons

May not be suitable for those with sensitive skin
