I'm a mechanic first. I am familiar with all types of scanners. I mainly use Snapon, but I needed something simple to reset the service indicator or check smog. Then I found this scanner. The user interface is very nice, so easy to use for anyone who can use the phone. This scanner even has Wi-Fi and can be updated through the scanner itself. I have used this on several vehicles to check smog or code and reset the service. The application is very useful and just press the button and it will do what it needs. This is ideal for most DIYers or some mechanics looking for an easy and quick use!
